Warranty & Product Care

How can Leonards Jewellers offer lifetime complimentary cleaning and this includes a product inspection as a well-advised pre-emptive measure against the possibility of a stone loss or undetected damage that occurs when prongs are bent, pulled, caught, or broken during normal wear. Leonards Jewellers recommend an inspection every six (6) months.

Leonards Jewellers recommend that you make arrangements with your insurer carrier – or contact an independent insurer such as Q REPORT  for more information.  We suggest you compare rates and coverage before choosing a provider. Ask very specific questions regarding a full range of potential scenarios (e.g. “What happens if all my valuable jewellery gets lost or stolen?” or “What happens if my wedding ring or diamond goes missing?”). Knowing your valuable and treasured jewellery is safely insured this will give you peace of mind – and satisfaction in knowing you’re protected.

Leonards Jewellers offer a FREE Lifetime Warranty (25 years) on all our diamond jewellery to protect against manufacturer defects in craftsmanship.

Lifetime warranty includes:

  • Unlimited Cleaning (Ultrasonic and electro currant)
  • Bacterial Sterilisation
  • Annual Insurance Valuations
  • Safety Maintenance ( Claw and bezel tightening)

The warranty does not include normal wear and tear, damage incurred due to trauma, negligence, lack of regular maintenance, theft, loss or loss of any part. All warranty is null and void if the jewellery has been worked on in any way, including ultrasonic vibration cleaners by any Jeweller other than Leonards Jewellers.

Any jewellery piece that has been manufactured as a special order specifically for a client is considered final sale and cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.
If a jewellery piece has been purchased directly from in-stock and resized it is considered final sale and cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.
